This Listing Policy governs all listings submitted on ApnaShaher, owned and operated by Web Mingo IT Solutions Private Limited.

By submitting any listing, profile, institute details, business information, advertisement, or promotional content on ApnaShaher, the listing owner agrees to comply with this policy.

1. Listing Eligibility

Listings may be submitted only by:

• business owners

• institute representatives

• authorized staff

• legally permitted service providers

The person submitting the listing must have authority to publish the information.

2. Accuracy of Information

All submitted information must be accurate, lawful, and up to date.

This includes:

• name

• address

• contact details

• service details

• affiliation claims

• approvals

• photographs

• logos

• descriptions

False, misleading, or unauthorized information is strictly prohibited.

3. Restricted Listings

The following listings are not permitted:

• illegal businesses

• prohibited services under Indian law

• fake institutes

• misleading admission claims

• false affiliations

• duplicate listings

• prohibited financial schemes

• gambling-related services

• adult / obscene services

• unlawful medicines or restricted drugs

• weapons or hazardous materials

4. Institute Listing Rules

Institutes must not falsely claim:

• government approval

• board affiliation

• university recognition

• guaranteed admission

• guaranteed placement

• false ranking or awards

Any such claim may lead to immediate listing removal.

5. Content Standards

Listings must not contain:

• defamatory content

• copied content without permission

• misleading pricing

• fake reviews

• offensive language

6. Verification Rights

ApnaShaher may request verification documents before or after listing approval.

Verification may include:

• registration proof

• contact confirmation

• business identity proof

• Institute authorization documents

Failure to provide required verification may result in suspension.

7. Listing Approval & Removal Rights

ApnaShaher reserves the right to:

• approve or reject any listing

• edit listing format

• change category

• suspend listing

• remove listing without prior notice

especially where:

• false information is found

• A complaint is received

• policy violation occurs

• A legal issue arises

8. Paid Listing Visibility

Paid listings improve visibility but do not guarantee:

• enquiries

• admissions

• leads

• ranking position

9. Third-Party Responsibility

Listing owners remain solely responsible for all submitted content.

ApnaShaher shall not be liable for:

• disputes with customers

• admission disputes

• service disputes

10. Intellectual Property

Listing owners must submit only content they are authorized to use.

Unauthorized use of:

• logos

• photographs

• trademarks

• copyrighted material

is prohibited.

11. Legal Compliance

All listings must comply with applicable laws of India.

12. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to listing shall be subject to the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
